IS NIGERIA GOING THE WAY OF TURKEY?

Posted on

nigeria-flag_Fotor

•Turkey is in the present day Europe and partly in Asia minor.

•Apostle Paul was a citizen of Turkey because Tarsus exists in Turkey.
•Christianity existed in Turkey for about 1,023 years while Christianity has only existed in Nigeria for 172yrs starting from when Rev. Birch Freeman came to Badagry in 1842.
•The seven churches Jesus spoke to in Revelations 2 & 3 (Ephesus, Smyrna, Laodicea, Philadelphia, etc) existed in the old Turkey.
•The disciples were first called Christians in Turkey (Antioch)
•Turkey once had the largest Christian auditorium in Europe called Hagia Sophia in Constantinople.
•Mary the mother of Jesus was taken to Turkey by Apostle John and till date, her room has become a tourist centre.

TURKEY TODAY
•Present day Turkey now has 96%
muslims & 0.02% Christians (less than 130,000).
•The Hagia Sophia (once largest church in Europe) was taken over by muslims and converted to a mosque for over 400yrs and later used as an Islamic Museum.

WHY CHRISTIANITY COLLAPSED IN TURKEY!
•Emphasis on doctrinal differences
weakened the Turkish church.
•Rivalries amongst denominations
•Petty politics in church coupled with ethnic bias.
•The Turks were building big cathedrals instead of building men.

HOW IT HAPPENED!
•Osman Ghazi discovered the disunity amongst Christians and used it to fight a Jihad that led to a mass genocide of the Armenians, the Hellen and Turks of that day. Infact, the weapon of war used was designed by a Turkish Christian.
•Many Christian women converted to Islam to save their lives and some were raped.
•Osman Ghazi started the Ottoman empire which gave muslims political post and made it a religion of the state.

IS NIGERIA HEADING THE WAY OF TURKEY?
•Virtually all the mistakes the church in Turkey made, the Nigerian church has made it.
•We are building Cathedrals at the
expense of discipling men.
•Disunity amongst churches
•Ethnicity in the church
•Denominational rivalry, etc.
•Sharp division along doctrinal lines

MORE FACTS
•The spiritual foundation of Turkey is stronger than that of Nigeria and
Christianity existed for over 1000yrs in Turkey unlike ours which is just 172yrs but Islam Radicalism uprooted it. If it can happen in Turkey, it can also
happen IF we are not careful.
•The menace of Boko Haram has
destroyed a lot of churches in the north and it may take another 200yrs to evangelise Borno State alone.
•There is a secret agenda to Islamize Nigeria & other African nations as contained in Abuja declaration of 1989.

DON’T SAY IT CAN’T HAPPEN HERE, IF WE DON’T RIGHT OUR WRONGS AS A CHURCH.

SOLUTIONS!
1. HEART-FELT Intercession and Prayer.
2. Aggressive evangelism – the terrorist reached out to the youths in the norths first and gave them AK-47 and bombs, if we had reached out to them on time, they will be carrying BIBLES today.
3. Mission support:-God is holding the church responsible for Boko Haram, yet we are blaming the government. If we had supported missions and missionaries, we would have those insurgents to Christ long ago.
4. Unity of the church is key in winning this battle.
5. Christian should be actively involve in politics with God’s agenda. The last but not the least christians should be actively involve in politics. Enough of these muslims political office holder with islamic agenda.

ARISE CHURCH & LET US DO THE NEEDFUL! AS 2015 ELECTIONS APPROACH IN NIGERIA, DON’T SELL JESUS LIKE JUDAS WITH YOUR VOTE. ON THE LAST DAY, HE WILL SHOW YOU YOUR RIGHT THUMB AND ASK YOU WHAT YOU DID WITH IT.

Confirmed: Sahara Reporters Is Working For Boko Haram – Nigerian Army

Posted on

sr

The Army authorities yesterday accused an online media, Sahara Reporters, of working for the Boko Haram terror group.

The attention of the Nigerian Army was drawn to a publication on the website of Sahara Reporters with the caption “Nigerian Army Presents Unverified “Lt Col” To Refute Petition Against Military Hierarchy”.

In a statement issued by its director of public relations, Brigadier Olaleye Lajide, the Army dismissed a story published on the website of the Nigeria defence where it alleged that a serving officer, Lt Col Wende, petitioned the Army hierarchy.

It is noteworthy but sad and unfortunate that Sahara Reporters has committed itself to support for terrorism and fighting Nigeria, its people, its military and particularly the Nigerian Army.

Before Sahara Reporters published their purported document described as petition from Lt Col Wende, a serving Commanding Officer, the Nigerian Army conducted a thorough investigation on the document involving other security and intelligence agencies. The process confirmed that the serving officer was not the author of the petition.  Yesterday, the officer dissociated himself from the so-called petition in a press conference he personally attended.  While reputable media organizations were on hand to engage the officer, Sahara Reporters being a faceless medium, preferred to remain faceless and was not represented. Sahara Reporters sadly, but predictably, and in fulfilment of its support for terrorism published in its website a fabrication in which it referred to the officer as “unverified”.

They further said “Since the officer (Lt Col Wende) has clearly dissociated himself from the document, it makes sense that the so-called petition is the handiwork of Sahara Reporters.  With time, terrorism in Nigeria and Sahara Reporters will be defeated by the collective will of the good people of Nigeria.”

SYDNEY SIEGE UPDATES: HERE IS THE HOSTAGE TAKER’S DEMAND

Posted on

A suspected Islamist gunman was holding hostages inside a chocolate shop in Sydney on Monday and appeared to be making demands to negotiators through Facebook, YouTube and local news media. Five hostages managed to flee the scene of the attack, which terror analysts said had all the hallmarks of an ISIS-inspire lone-wolf attack.

Chris Reason, a journalist with NBC News’ Australian partner Channel 7, said the hostage-taker was “forcing them to stand against windows, sometimes two hours at a time.”

As the standoff entered its 13th hour, New South Wales Police Commissioner Andrew Scipione said nobody appeared to have been injured.

“We have the very best negotiators in the world on the job right now,” he told reporters. “Our plan, our only goal tonight is to get those people that are currently caught in that building out of there safely. For those that may be in that building rest assured we are doing all we can to set you free.”

Asked about reports that hostages were being forced to use Facebook and YouTube to pass on the gunman’s demands, Scipione said: “There’s no place on earth that doesn’t have access to social media. Our plans are built around that.”

He said police were in “contact” with the hostage-taker but added “the means by which we’re communicating is something we’d rather keep close to our chest.”

Scipione said reports of bomb threats in other parts of Sydney had been investigated but there not did not appear to be a danger. “We are only at this stage dealing with one location we are not concerned at this stage about any other,” he added.

The drama began shortly after 9:45 a.m. local time (5:45 p.m. ET Sunday). Lindt Australia Chief Executive Steve Loane told Sky Business there were “probably 30 customers” in the cafe and 10 workers. Police refused to confirm the numbers involved.

Africa stands with Sydney in this trying times. Our prayers are with the families and friends of the hostages. Islamic terrorism is an enemy to all.

Terrorism: Conspiracies & My Thoughts! with Dr. Charles Awuzie

profileWhen we explore the political and financial connections of terrorists, we find that these are not merely wayward fanatics operating in isolation, but that their channels penetrate to the upper reaches of power, in the governments of developed and developing countries, and outward into the nether regions of the occult and criminal underworlds.

The terrorist organisations across the world are shadows created by a ‘mega conspiracy’ operating from the criminal/occultic underworld to whom governments and governors are mere puppets. This is the conspiracy of the millennium.

Just for the sake of people who are new to the theories of conspiracy…The world has witnessed about 33 popular theories of conspiracy which turned out to be true ranging from:

*The Mafia: A secret crime society which was virtually unknown until the 1960s, when member Joe Valachi first revealed the society’s secrets to law enforcement officials. What was known was that organised crime existed, but not that the extent of their control included working with the CIA, politicians and the biggest businesses in the world.

Then there was Operation Mockingbird: Also in the 1950s to ’70s, a conspiracy theory that the CIA paid a number of well-known domestic and foreign journalists (from big-name media outlets like Time, The Washington Post, The New York Times, CBS and others) to publish CIA propaganda. The CIA also reportedly funded at least one movie, the animated “Animal Farm,” by George Orwell. The Church Committee finally exposed their activities in 1975.

Nigeria’s President has confirmed that the Nigerian chapter of the terrorist network has penetrated his cabinet. (There’s more to that statement than our minds could understand).

This millennium is witnessing an ‘unexposed’, ‘undisclosed’ and ‘unexpected’ conspiracy…as a result, the target of the conspirators lies vague while the entire world weeps helplessly at the cruel execution of their anti-mankind conspiracy.

This note would have achieved nothing if it fails to challenge you to ask more questions about terrorism…query the recent orchestration of terrorist attacks in the nations which go ‘uninvestigated’…Let our minds dig deeper far beyond our eyes can see and our minds could perceive…

The war on terrorism has lasted for decades yet it seems like the terrorists are on the winning side. World War 1 lasted only for 4 years, 1914-1918. In 1917, America joined the Allies and the next year, the war ended. In this war against terrorism, America is in the forefront yet the end of this war seem very far, why? Is it that America’s military in 1917 is stronger than their military in 2014 or just that this war against terrorism is a global mirage? Is there something the mainstream media is not telling us?

THIS IS HOW SAUDI ARABIA PUNISHES PEOPLE FOR READING THE BIBLE.

Aside Posted on

ImageThere is a new punishment for reading the Bible in Saudi Arabia. Your right hand is shredded. The four fingers and thumb are cut to the bone forty or fifty times. Muscles and nerves are severed so as to render the hand useless in the future. Also this punishment is carried out in filthy conditions making serious infection almost certain.

Apart from their Sharia law, based on the doctrine’s of their ‘prophet’ Mohammed (warlord and pedophile) Saudi Arabia has been short of head-choppers for their 2,500+ executions per year PER executioner and have been advertising to fill these dirty positions for quite sometime.

An executioner is a job done by ‘lower status’ individual and is a position that is paid per execution by the government under confidentiality agreements. The government also provides the sword. The Saudi government has been considering firing squads to fill the shortage of executioners.
Executioners have said they are “proud to do God’s work”. But is it a god or a man who sentence these people, without a fair trial, tortured into confessions?

And it doesn’t get better in other Muslim societies. The Iranian government announced new legal punishment tools under Sharia: an electronic saw is now being used to cut off hands, fingers and feet [see picture from government announcement below]. And now a type of shredder is implemented in some places for punishments.

ImageIRAN: It gets no better in other parts of the Muslim world. In January 2013 the Iranian government published pictures of a new tool for cutting fingers and hands off people. The machine, resembling a saw, was used for the public amputation of an adulterer’s fingers on Wednesday. The images were published by on of Iran’s official press agencies. Apparently the machine has been used before, but it’s not clear for how long.

An American Social media commentator, Moriel said this on his blog: “What George W Bush calls a religion of peace and tolerance when he placed the Koran in the White House to honor Islam after September 11th. His father, George H Bush, who together with James Baker (lawyer for the Saudis against the American families of 9/11 victims who sued the Saudis for funding Al Qaeda) is a co-investor with the Saudis in the Carlyle Group and calls those who do this to Christians “our friends…May God’s hand be against the Saudi Wahab…”

The activities of islamist extremists have been widely condemned by muslims.

The conspiracy of the millennium…What you don’t know about terrorism…the untold story.

BREAKING NEWS: KENYA UNDER TERRORIST ATTACK. TWIN BOMB EXPLODES IN MOMBASA – PICTURES!

Posted on

ImageThe explosions happened simultaneously around 8pm and it is thought al Qaeda-linked Somali group al Shabaab is behind the attack. Four  people are already confirmed dead and more than 20 injured last night after suspected terrorist bombs exploded in the Kenyan port city of Mombasa.
All the casualties occurred as a bomb ripped through a bus shelter in the Mwembe Tayari area, near the city centre.
The other blast was at the Reef Hotel, in the Nyari area of the city, where senior police officials were attending a workshop.

Kisauni district commissioner of police Tom Anjere said: ‘No-one was hurt or injured at the Reef Hotel but our concern is that senior security officers were there attending a workshop and they were clearly the target of the attack.
‘An improvised explosive device damaged the bar and we have set-up police check points in the area.’
No one claimed responsibility for the attack last night.
Last year al Shabaab claimed it was behind the Westgate shopping centre attack, which killed 67 people in Nairobi.

It has also been reported that Al shabaab is linked to Nigeria’s Boko Haram and the Al qaeda.
Africa Thisday’s top commentator in Nairobi had this to say: “Africa is under siege. This is beyond Islamic terrorism. Think about what is happening in Nigeria and the rest of Africa. Very soon, South Africa may become unsafe. The west has questions to answer with regards to this prevalent bombardment of Africa by masked men.”

NEWS AND VIEWS: USING BOKO HARAM’S 2011-STATEMENT IN FIGHTING TERRORISM IN 2014; WHAT THE GOVERNMENT SHOULD HAVE KNOWN.

Posted on

ImageOn Saturday, 9th July 2011, Boko Haram published a statement on their blog: (yusufislamicbrothers.blogspot.com). The statement which was titled OUR STRENGTH AND SUPPORT IS FROM THE PEOPLE read as follows:

“THE NIGERIAN STATE AND THE STATE SECURITY SERVICES CAN ONLY BARK BUT CANNOT BITE
LET IT BE KNOWN THAT;
a. WE DO NOT LIVE IN CAMPS
b. WE ARE WELL KNOWN BY THE LOCAL PEOPLE
c. WE ARE SUPPORTED BY THE LOCAL PEOPLE
d. THE LOCALS LOVE US
e. THE LOCALS SUPPORTS US
f. THE LOCALS WILL NEVER BETRAY US BECAUSE THEY BELIEVE IN OUR CAUSE
g. SSS, WE ARE NOT FAR AWAY FROM YOU, IF YOU CAN GET US, COME FOR US
h. WE WILL NOT RELENT UNTIL WE ACHIEVE OUR AIM
i. THE BANNING OF MOTORCYLCES IN MAIDUGURI AND ENVIRONS WILL NOT HINDER OR DETER US
j. DESPITE OBSTRUCTIONS TO OUR SEVERAL OPERATIONS IN KADUNA BY THE SSS,WE ARE STILL DETERMINED TO BE GUEST OF THE BROTHERHOOD MEMBERS IN KADUNA
k. WE HAVE PROVEN OUR RESOLVE BY OUR TWO RECENT ATTACKS OF POLICE STATIONS IN BAUCHI STATE EARLIER IN THE WEEK
l. WE MAY BE FORCED TO LIBERATE INNOCENT CITIZENS WHO ARE BEING DETAINED AND ALLEGED TO BE OUR MEMBERS, ESPECIALLY THE MEMBER OF THE KADUNA STATE HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY WHO IS UNDER CUSTODY UNDER FALSE ALLEGATION THAT HE IS OUR MEMBER/FINANCIER. A MAN WHO WE DO NOT EVEN SHARE THE SAME RELIGION, BELIEFS AND CULTURE WITH US
MORE ATTACKS ON THE WAY!
MORE ATTACKS ON THE WAY!!
MORE ATTACKS ON THE WAY!!!” (Published by Boko Haram on yusufislamicbrothers.blogspot.com)

Now these are the views of Africa Thisday:

1) Boko Haram made it clear that they do not live in camps. The military action by the Nigerian Government against Boko Haram will never yield positive results as far as the military action is focused on locating and bombarding the camps of the terrorists. These terrorists do not live in camps. They are smarter than that. They mix up with the people. They walk the streets like the common man on the street. This proves why President Goodluck Jonathan’s emergency rule is yielding no result. Here is a strategy: Let the military reduce their presence in the North of Nigeria. Let them engage more intelligence officers than foot soldiers. Reducing their presence from the region will give the terrorists space to operate but under High-Tech Surveillance. The whole of the North should be under 24-hours satellite surveillance and not under 24-hours curfew. By this, it will take a shorter period of time and lower degree of human and material resources to win the war against terrorism in Nigeria. The Nigerian Government should have known this before now, but to save more lives, they should do this before it is too late.

2) Boko Haram’s support is not from some top Nigerian politicians. Their support is from the common man on the street of Borno State. Now you are about to disagree with this point but wait a minute. What help do you think a Nigerian politician will offer to a terrorist group like Boko Haram? Money? NO! If Boko Haram needs money, the weapons are there to rob the banks and even rob rich individuals including the politicians. A man with a gun does not beg. Government Connections? No. The government is their number One enemy and they are smart enough not to play close to the government. Information? Yes! Boko Haram do need information to operate and this can come from anybody ranging from presidential aids to the hawker on the street. Jihadists? Yes. Boko Haram needs people who will sacrifice their lives for their cause and this will come from the masses and not the politicians. Do you not think Nigeria should shift their attention from the politicians and focus on the people who are really supporting the project of Boko Haram? Do you not think that the government’s focus on politicians as sponsors/supporters of Boko Haram is more political than remedial.

3) Did you read Boko Haram say in their statement “we will not relent”? Does that sound like they were joking? Nigerians and the world must realize that Boko Haram is a cause that military force is not enough to quench. This is not just like armed robbery or drug trafficking, this is a jihad. It has to do with what an individual believes. The Jihadists life is connected to his belief. The more you attack them, the more they attack you. Africa Thisday recently conducted a research and came to a conclusion that the military action against Boko Haram has resulted in the death of more innocent civilians than the death or arrest of the insurgents. In every 10 deaths, at least 7 are innocent Nigerians. Till when shall we see the failure of ‘untargetted’ military force in the fight against Boko Haram? How many more innocent Nigerians should be killed before we put our brains to work more than we use our guns? Terrorism is the most organised crime in the world. It operates with the highest level of criminal intelligence and must be met with the highest level of sophisticated military intelligence and not just sophisticated weapons.

D’BANJ VISITS ABUJA BOMB BLAST VICTIMS, APPPEALS TO BOKO HARAM.

Nigerian Musician, Mr Dapo Oyebanjo (A.K.A. D’banj), with a victim of Nyanya explosion, Mr Jim Anthony, a Building Engineer at Asokoro District Hospital In Abuja On Tuesday

Abuja – A popular Nigerian musician, Mr Dapo Oyebanji (D-banj) on Tuesday in Abuja urged Nigerian youths to shun violence and embrace peace. D-banj made the call when he visited some victims of the Nyanya bomb blast in company of the FCT Health Secretary, Dr Ademola Onakomaiya, at the Asokoro District Hospital, Abuja.
According to him, government alone cannot do all that is required for peace to reign in the country. Nigerian Musician, Mr Dapo Oyebanjo (A.K.A. D’banj), with a victim of Nyanya explosion, Mr Jim Anthony, a Building Engineer at Asokoro District Hospital In Abuja On Tuesday. “I am a Nigerian and I am affected by any tragedy that befalls us and particularly in the spirit of Easter, I came to show the victims support. “I have seen that the survivors are responding positively to treatment and thanked the medical team here for the efforts.
“We are appealing to the perpetrators of these acts to have a rethink and support the peace initiative so that our people would not be subjected to such wickedness,” he said.
D-banj said that terrorism in Nigeria was strange as Nigerians were known to be peace loving and advised them to embrace peace in the interest of development.
He said that artistes should be concerned about achieving peace in Nigeria because if the violence continued, the entertainment industry would be endangered.
D-banj donated several gift items to the victims and also settled some hospital bills.
The hospital management said that over 27 corpses and 26 victims were brought from the blast but 16 were still receiving treatment as others had been discharged.
The FCT Health Secretary urged artistes to support the Federal Government’s fight against terrorism by creating awareness in their performances.
Onakomaiya urged people in the entertainment industry to unite and produce songs, plays, paintings that would condemn and discourage terrorism.
He said that the potency of art as a communication tool amongst Nigerian youths would make it an effective medium in creating awareness.
According to him, security is the responsibility of all Nigerians, therefore, should not be left in the hands of government alone.
Onakomaiya said that the visit of D-banj would go a long way to lift the spirits of the patients.
“You can see that some of the patients are really excited to see a renowned artiste like D-banj visit them; it is very commendable,” he said. (NAN)

ANOTHER CIVIL WAR IN NIGERIA: GENERAL GOWON CRIES OUT.

Posted on

ImageGeneral Yakubu Gowon, who led Nigeria through a 30-month civil war, yesterday, lamented that the country had fallen into full scale civil war with the spate of crises in the northeast.

His assertion was corroborated by the Non-Academic Staff Union of Educational and Associated Institutions, NASU.

The assertions came as the governor of Borno State, Alhaji Kashim Shetima lamented that the last seven days have been the worst in his life following the abduction of 129 girls from a secondary school in the state. He disclosed that seven more girls had escaped from the hideout of the Boko Haram insurgents bringing the number of those remaining in captivity of the Islamic insurgents to 77.

Meanwhile, despite Saturday’s formal lapse of the state of emergency in the troubled Northeast, the military remained fully deployed in the three states with strict restriction on the movement of persons in the states.

However, telephone communications which were once curtailed after the proclamation of emergency rule by President Goodluck Jonathan last April have noticeably improved.

Nevertheless, opinion on the sustenance of the state of emergency remained mixed among stakeholders from within and outside the troubled states. While some called for the full implementation of emergency rule with the suspension of the elected political institutions, other stakeholders differed. All parties were nevertheless agreed that the soldiers deployed to the region should remain.

The president has not given notice of his inclination towards renewing or suspending the state of emergency. A security meeting between the president and the nation’s governors is expected to hold on Wednesday following which a formal announcement on the issue would be clarified.

The state of emergency was first proclaimed by President Jonathan in April 2013 and renewed after six months last November.

Gowon, who spoke exclusively to Vanguard on the sideline of events marking the 75th birthday of former Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Chief Ufot Ekaette, said it was imperative for the government to firmly deal with the rising wave of terrorism in the country so as to keep the country one.
